Social Events Welcome ReceptionDate: 12 October (Thur.), 19:00-21:00 The meeting social program will begin with a welcome reception, which will include a buffet. We hope participants will take this opportunity to refresh themselves and make new friends with colleagues from around the world.  
Gala PartyDate: 13 October (Fri.), 19:00-22:00 All participants and accompanying persons are urged to participate in
this special gala party. It will prove a memorable evening at Kyoto
Studio Park(Uzumasa Eiga-mura), Samurai & Ninja studio park. A buffet
dinner will be served. Saying good-bye to both old and new friends and
colleagues and making promises to meet again in future will render the
dinner even more meaningful. |
